The Hawkwatch Room:   This is the main entertainment room for the Lodge. Very much a multifunction room, it is part observation room (with floor to ceiling windows wrapping around three walls), part guestroom, part library (with books on birding, naturalism, ecology, etc.), part AV room (TV, VHS, DVD), and part music room, where visitors can gather after a day on the wetlands to unwind and have fun. The grand piano is the focal point of our beautiful Hawkwatch Room. If you don't play, or don't wish to play, the piano can take over entertainment duties with the flick of a switch. The big iron bed in the Hawkwatch Room boasts a beautiful handstitched quilt, another homey touch to the wetlands lodge.
